In this policy, "Lumina Partners", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Lumina Partners FZ-LLC, acting as data controller for the personal data described below.

2. Scope

This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data when you visit luminapartners.io or contact us through the website. It is intended to comply with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and the regulations of the applicable Dubai Development Authority free zone.

We collect only what is necessary to respond to your enquiry.

Through the contact form, you provide: your full name, your professional role, your organisation, your professional email address, the subject of your enquiry (selected from a list), and the content of your message. All of these fields are mandatory. We do not collect a telephone number.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data through this website, and we ask that you do not include sensitive information in your message.

4. Automatically collected data

Our hosting provider records standard technical information about requests made to the site, including your IP address, as part of the normal operation and security of the service.

In addition, the contact form is protected against automated abuse by measures that do not require any information from you: a hidden field invisible to human visitors, a check on the time taken to complete the form, and a limit on the number of submissions from a single address. Where a submission is rejected by one of these measures, the originating IP address may appear in our provider's temporary operational logs.
